Daily tracking
Tuesday goes 600 kcal over, so Tuesday is a failure. The natural response is to write off the rest of the week and start again on Monday.
Sevio is a free calorie tracker for Android that budgets the whole week instead of scoring each day, so a heavy Friday gets balanced by the days around it. Use it to lose, maintain, or gain weight.
Why weekly
Nothing about the maths changes, only what you are scored against. Your daily target is still there as a guide. It just stops being a pass or fail line you cross every evening.
Tuesday goes 600 kcal over, so Tuesday is a failure. The natural response is to write off the rest of the week and start again on Monday.
The same 600 kcal comes out of a budget covering seven days. You can spend a little less on the days that follow, and the week still lands on target.
Features
Everything a calorie tracker actually needs, and none of the clutter. Logging takes seconds: a number, a label, done. All of it is free, and all of it stays free.
One budget for the week, with each day shown underneath and what is left across the days still to come, so you can plan ahead rather than find out afterwards.
Count calories alone, or turn on protein, carbs, fat and fiber when you want the detail.
Name a meal, then fill it: search the built-in list of common foods and set the amount in grams, or type a packet's numbers in by hand. Items stack into one entry with a running total, and reopening it later reopens the same builder.
Your food log lives on your device. No sign up, no email address, no cloud, no data collection.
As many entries as you like, every day, with no cap and nothing held back behind a paywall.
Drag entries into the order you ate them, and copy a repeat meal to another day in two taps.
Every finished week is kept with the budget it was scored against, so past results never shift.
One quiet nudge at a time you choose, so a day never goes unlogged by accident.
Light and dark palettes, each one picked once and applied everywhere.
A short setup wizard turns your height, weight, activity and goal into a calorie budget you can edit any time.

Sevio will never show ads and will never lock core tracking behind a subscription. Everything in the app today is free and stays free. More is planned for later, and whatever arrives on top of that will be a single one-time purchase.
FAQ
Your daily calorie target multiplied by seven, tracked as one pool across the week instead of seven separate verdicts. A heavy meal is simply spent from the same budget, so it can be balanced by the days around it rather than turning into a failed day.
Yes. All tracking is free and stays free, with no ads and no subscription. Extras like cloud sync and a meal planner are planned later as an optional one-time purchase.
Yes, completely. Your food log lives on your device, so it works on a plane or with data off. Nothing is uploaded, and no data is collected.
No, and you never will. No sign up, no email, no login. Cloud sync will need one when it arrives, but only if you want that feature.
Yes, and it is optional. Track calories alone, or turn on protein, carbs, fat and fiber during setup or later in Settings. Sevio can suggest targets from your profile, or you can enter your own.
It estimates your basal metabolic rate with the Mifflin St Jeor equation, multiplies it by an activity factor, then applies your goal. The weekly budget is that daily target times seven, and a safety floor of 1500 kcal per day for men and 1200 for women is always applied.
Yes. Choose lose, maintain, or gain during setup. To lose weight, Sevio sets a calorie deficit of about 500 kcal a day, which works out to roughly 0.45 kg (1 lb) a week, and never goes below 1500 kcal a day for men or 1200 for women. These are estimates, not medical advice.
Not yet. Sevio is currently an Android app on Google Play.
Close. Calorie banking and calorie cycling both mean saving calories on some days to spend on others. Sevio does that by default: one budget for the week, so an easy Tuesday quietly pays for a big Saturday.
